Why Remote Reiki ZOOM Healing?
The COVID-19 pandemic has created uncertainty in our work and family lives. With no clear end in sight, and with changes occurring daily, it can be difficult to adjust to this ‘new normal’. From physical distancing, quarantine, and lockdown to practicing good hand hygiene – these have become part of our daily life. A rapidly changing environment has meant a greater need for us to be agile and adaptive. This is challenging and it is well known that people are struggling – being overwhelmed and feeling like we aren’t in control of our own lives, experiencing anxiety, frustration, and fear that lockdown can bring, and uncertainty about the future can lead to sickness and burn out. If these feelings are unable to be expressed in positive and loving environment, even more important during this time of uncertainty, these feelings stay in our bodies, blocking our energy from flowing properly, and creating dis-ease and discomfort in not only our energetic body, but also our physical body.
To help our bodies to heal, and our energy to flow efficiently, it is crucial to LET GO of any negative thoughts, feelings, and emotions. This is where a Remote Reiki ZOOM Healing Session by Your Highest Good Healing can help. Remote Reiki ZOOM Healing provides face to face interaction, and communication between you and the practitioner via ZOOM. You receive an individualised and tailored energy session for your highest and best. All that is needed is an internet connection and your consent. In the comfort of your own home, or from wherever you are, you can experience the same results as in In-Person Reiki Healing Session remotely.
A Remote Reiki ZOOM Healing Session begins with a face-to-face connection and chat over ZOOM before the healing takes place. This is my favourite type of session as you can see me and vice versa. This is where we have a chat about how you are going, what is currently happening in your life and what you would like to get out of the Remote Reiki ZOOM Healing Session with me. Together for your highest and best, we come up with intentions for the reiki healing energy, and I answer any questions you may have.
We then move onto the healing part of the session where I gain your consent and tune into your higher self-energy. You may decide to sit up or lie down for this portion and we can turn off our cameras to help set the environment/ mood for healing to occur in a comfortable and quiet space. It might be helpful for you to create a sacred space for yourself (e.g. dim lights, pillows, blankets, incense, essential oils or candles). From there, I guide you into a relaxing mediative state using guided meditation which then tapers off and calming and relaxing music plays for the remainder of the session. This assists you to help your mind and body relax and become receptive to energy balancing. During this time, I tune into your higher self and perform a quick Aura and Chakra scan and take note of any energetic imbalances. I tune into the higher universal energy of the Creator and start to channel the Reiki Energy Healing to you for your highest and best, and with the agreed upon intentions as previously discussed. As I channel the healing energy to you, you may feel warmth, coolness, tingling or deep relaxation. You may even fall asleep, and this is also perfect! This healing part of the session goes for about 30 to 45 minutes depending on which Remote Reiki ZOOM Healing Session option you choose.
After the healing I gently bring you back to your surroundings and we talk about what happened in the session – what you experienced and any observations I noted including any intuitive or channelled messages from Spirit or deceased loved ones I received. I will answer your questions and we will discuss what needs to be done to keep these issues from coming back. We discuss ‘homework’ and look at booking further sessions to assist you. I will give you tips re: following up with self-care after your session to get the most benefit from your Remote Reiki ZOOM Healing. A passion of mine is to help others heal themselves by giving them the tools and assistance they need to do so – walking beside them in their journey, and this requires you to become a proactive partner in your healing. The Remote Reiki ZOOM Healing Sessions are designed to help you and help you help yourself for your highest and best. We then end the session and sign off from ZOOM. The healing energy will continue to flow through your body and aura for the next few days. I check-in with you later in the day to see how you are and check-in with you the next day. You can also reach out to me after your session to check-in or ask any questions which I promote.

Feelings of relaxation, calmness and being more in the present moment in the subsequent days after a session are very common with me.

*This is an excellent option for those who have never had a reiki healing session before and allows me to discuss my role and my approach to Reiki Healing. I provide you with a basic outline of the treatment process and ask you about your reason for making an appointment with me, including any goals you have and hope to achieve. Ideal for learning about each other and what you as the client can gain from your time with me.

Distance Reiki Energy Healing
Distance Reiki Healing Session with Report - $65.00 AUD.

Then Distance Reiki Energy Healing is for you!
Distance Energy Healing works the same as an 'in-person' session and can be just as beneficial. I can perform it without you needing to be physically present, all I need is your consent - we don't even need to be on the phone at the time. You are able to relax at home, knowing that you are receiving the healing you need for your immediate highest and best.
We organise a date and a time for your Distance Reiki Session and any intentions you may have for the Reiki - eg. to be more relaxed/ calmer/ pain-free etc. At the time of your appointment, I tune into your energy and channel Reiki Healing Energy to you. A Distance Reiki Energy Healing Session will last approximately 30 minutes. While I am sending you the healing energy, you can be sitting in a chair, laying down, outside in the garden or going about your normal daily activities.
During the session I scan your aura and chakras for any blockages. With my Spirit Guides, Archangels and Mother Earth I then ground, cleanse, heal, and shield your aura and chakras. If any spirits, deceased loved ones pop in, I also channel any messages they may have for you.
Distance Energy Healing is non-invasive and therefore there are no specific requirements. I just ask for your consent, and that you drink enough water and stay hydrated after the session. Some clients have reported feeling lighter, calmer, more at peace during and after a session.
After sealing up your aura and disconnecting your energy from mine I will send you a message that the session is over. With the information I channeled I then type up a 1 to 2 page report detailing anything I cam across and any messages I received and send it to you via your preferred method.
I then check in with you the next day to see how you are feeling.
Distance Animal Energy Healing

Animal Energy Healing is very similar to Energy Healing for humans - the practitioner channels the healing energy through his or her hands to the animal client, and the healing energy is drawn by the animal's needs, flowing to where it is most needed. In a Distance Animal Energy Healing session, the practitioner channels the healing energy, and directs it to the animal through focused intent for the animals highest and best and whatever else is needed for that time.
Animal Energy Healing balances the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of an animal by releasing energy blockages which create imbalances and disease. When an animal's energy is balanced and flowing, healing and change can occur. Just like people, even healthy pets can have occasional physical, emotional and mental imbalances that if left untreated, can manifest as illness. Energy Healing helps balance out emotions such as fear, anxiety, aggression, depression and other behaviourally based issues. An animal that is ill, traumatised, frightened or compromised in some way if often skittish and fearful.
Distance Animal Energy Healing helps to soothe, calm and relax the animal without the added stress of an approaching stranger (the practitioner) or unfamiliar environment, therefore benefiting the animal and enhancing the healing process. Animals respond very well to energy healing as they have an innate understanding of healing energy and find it very soothing.
What to expect?
After making contact with me, I will ask you for a current photo of your beloved pet and any present issues/concerns you may have about her/him. I will also ask if your pet is on any medication/past medical history. We will then organise an appointment time.
At the time of your appointment, I will send healing energy to your beloved pet. A Distance Animal Energy Healing session lasts approximately 30 minutes. I will send you a report of what occurred. For example: any energetic blockages I found and any messages from your beloved pet.
The energy healing occurs instantly, however, results can often be seen within the first 24 to 48 hours. Sometimes change can be noticed immediately after treatment. Please do not worry if you do not see a change - remember: just because you can't see a change it does not mean that it has not helped them. After a treatment, many animals tend to sleep more - this is common and nothing to worry about.
Most animals benefit from more than one Distance Animal Energy Healing Treatment. Some animals may require on-going treatments to facilitate and complete the healing process.
